WITH HOSE KIT WHEN PERFORMING MARKET RESEARCH IT WAS FOUND THAT DEPUY SYNTHES IS THE SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER FOR MAR COR PURIFICATION SYSTEM AND DEVICES. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO AWARD THIS AS A SOLE SOURCE IN ACCORDANCE TO FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1)(I). SEE ATTACHED JUSTIFICATION. A notice of intent to sole synopsis (special notice) will be posted on FBO to notify the public of the Government�s intent to make a sole source award at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP).
