- Amendment 02, AUG 14 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W912TF-20-Q-0022, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing with a size standard of 750.� This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 30 July 2020 at 1300 Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be 70 Rochester Hill Rd. Rochester, NH 03867. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.� *All items must be IAW attached ACFT IOC Salient Characteristics if stated (not all items in attachment are required.� See below) The NH National Guard requires the following CLIN 0001: 30 EA � ACFT Bikes � Required Stationary Bike Characteristics: 1. Adjustable seat and handle bars (toe clips preferable) 2. Electronic display � time, distance, resistance 3. Measures performance / distance by watts 4. Does not require sophisticated calibration 5. Adjustable damper setting; damper adjusts watt production / output CLIN 0002: 30 EA � ACFT Rower Required Stationary Rower Characteristics: 1. Adjustable footrests with straps 2. Electronic Display � time, distance, resistance 3. Measures performance / distance by watts 4. Does not require sophisticated calibration 5. Adjustable damper setting; damper adjusts watt production / output OPTION CLIN 1001: 10 EA ACFT Bikes � Same salient characteristics required as above and same brand name.� Please provide separate shipping from above requirement as this will be purchased at a later time than the above requirement.� OPTION CLIN 1002: 10 EA ACFT Rowers � Same salient characteristics required as above and same brand name.� Please provide separate shipping from above requirement as this will be purchased at a later time than the above requirement.
