- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a solicitation for Hand Gun Holsters and Handgun Magazine Pouches.� The FBI intends to award a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract under FAR Parts 12 and 13 with a sixty (60) month period of performance. Offers are to be received no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on August 28, 2020 to the attention of: Mr. Bryan Lane, Contracting Officer, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Quantico, Virginia, 22135.� [See attachment(s) for instructions on the�address to ship samples.] Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at bvlane@fbi.gov with reference to RFQ Number FTU0003679.� The Due Date for questions is August 11, 2020.
