Description: The U.S. Air Force has a requirement for cleaning and triple rinsing twenty (20) aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) of various capacities. All residual liquid(s), cleaning/triple-rinsing rinsate(s), and pumpable solid(s) will be captured, containerized, and delivered to Sheppard AFB, Building 2142 Hazardous Waste Accumulation Site at the conclusion of each work day.
