- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with PVP Advanced EO Systems for a Night Hawk HP System Suite. The procured system shall be comprised of: MWIR HD IR camera with lens, 1 Nighthawk HP Pan & Tilt Gimbal Head, integrated 2-channel HD encoder, HD visible camera with lens, 1 Integrated 2-axis Stabilization gyro, 1 Sensor Payload Bench, 1 18� top hat extender, 1 integrated optical tracker , 1 Heavy duty portable tripod, 1 Integrated Measurement Unit (IMU), 1 Integrated pair of external GPS Antennas, 1 LRIP Electronics interface box, 1 Copper pedestal interconnect cable, 35 ft., and 1 power cable. The aforementioned items must meet the following specifications: Pan-Tilt Gimbal Specifications: Travel (AZ):� �180 deg Travel (El): �90 deg Accuracy < 50� �rad����������������� Payload: 150 lbs� Automatic Optical Tracking: Centroid, Correlation, and Contrast�������������������������������������������������������� Input Power: Single-phase 50-60 Hz, 110-220 2 Channel HD Encoder MWIR Camera Zoom Lens and Tracking Visible Camera Zoom Lens and Tracking 2-Axis Gyro Stabilization Integrated IMU and GPS MWIR Camera Specifications: Sensor Size: 1280 x 1024 pixels, 15 um Pitch Spectral Band: 3.6 - 5.0 um Zoom Lens Focal Length: 200 - 2000 mm Visible Camera Specifications: Sensor Size: 1952 x 1241 pixels Zoom Lens Focal Length: 16.7-1000 mm IMU Specifications: Dynamic Heading� < 0.1? A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
