- Description
- This contract is for a combined software and hardware maintenance subscription for the Radar Data Distribution System (RDDS) at Joint Interagency Task Force � South (JIATFS) in Key West, FL.� The contractor shall provide support and corrective maintenance of all RDDS systems and subsystems including software and hardware to include telephone technical support during weekday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, software updates, software fixes, new software features as they become available and hardware repair via RMA support. This includes 24/7 technical assistance with OEM Engineers and a single point of contact for diagnosis, solution and/or access to resources in the field, online customer support service for information, training, tools and software releases/updates and repair or replacement with 10 day turnaround.� Once an RDDS hardware repair is deemed necessary after contacting contractor for support, contractor will provide Return Material Authorization (RMA) to initiate repairs
