- The purpose of the amendment is to cancel the solicitation and reissue as a small business set-aside. The results of market research indicate the product(s) requested by the Government can only be provided by a large business manufacturer. With SDVOSBs unable to provide a product from a small manufacturer, SDVOSBs do not qualify as a nonmanufacturer. The Government incorrectly set-aside this acquisition as a SDVOSB set-aside. The solicitation is hereby canceled and will be resolicited and posted to Contract Opportunities. All quoters who submitted a price under this acquisition will be informed and requested to submit a new quote.
