- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, intends to procure, on a sole source basis, several components in support of the upcoming construction project W91236-21-R-4001, Ammonium Nitrate Solution Thermal Destruction Facility at Holston Army Ammunition Plant . The supported construction project consists of components that USACE intends to require for specific systems product line. The manufacturer�s product has unique capabilities that meet the user�s stringent requirements for top-quality and secure requirements and maintains compatibility with existing systems.� The full list of components and further detail is provided in the attached PDF.
