- Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Texarkana, TX, awarded a multiyear single source commercial contract for newly manufactured Steel Split Wheel/Rim Assembly in support for the Tire/Wheel Assembly for the Husky VMMD to Titan Wheel of Illinois. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(l), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements per FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B).
