THIS� IS THE SOLICITATION NOTICE: The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), has a need for Full Maintenance, Operation and Maintenance, and Grounds Maintenance services for federal facilities in Corpus Christi and Victoria, TX.� The Full Maintenance services includes operation & maintenance, custodial and ground maintenance services. Under this contract, the contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, equipment and subcontractors necessary to provide the required services.� FULL MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS: Corpus Christi Federal Building and Courthouse GSA Bldg # TX0313ZZ 1133 N. Shoreline Blvd Corpus Christi, TX 78401 Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Building and Courthouse GSA Bldg # TX0185ZZ 312 South Main St. Victoria, TX 77901 The solicitation number is 47PH0221R0001.� In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.15, this potential acquisition is 100% set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business concerns.
