- Description
- This requirement is being solicited as a total small business set-aside.� The NAICS Code assigned to this requirement is 561730--Landscaping Services, which has a small business size standard of $8 Million in average annual receipts. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking to establish a contract with the purpose of procuring services to perform lawn and landscape maintenance at the USACE Grand Haven Area Office located in Grand Haven, Michigan.��This requirement is anticipated to result in one (1) firm fixed price contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years, for a total of five (5) years. The site is located on the Government owned property at 307 South Harbor Drive along the Grand River channel in Grand Haven MI.� The contractor shall mow the lawn area, trim and blow off walkways and parking lot on a weekly basis between the months of April and November.� In addition, the contractor shall edge walkways, apply fertilizer and broadleaf weed and grub control to the lawn area, perform spring and fall cleanup of property, prune shrubs, maintain flower beds and place shredded bark in the flower beds.�� Please carefully review the attached solicitation for a detailed description of the requirement and the procedures for submitting questions and offers.� The ""Instructions to Offerors"" section of the solicitation provides procedures and deadlines for submitting questions in response to this solicitation.� Please note all questions must be received in writing via email to the emails provided in the instructions by the date and time stated.� Questions received after the stated date and time will not be answered.� Questions will not be accepted or answered through phone calls and must be sent in writing. Please sign and acknowledge any amendment that may be issued with this solicitation and submit it along with your offer.� All offers must be sent to the emails listed in the Instructions to Offerors section of the solicitation. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a list of interested vendors during the solicitation period.� In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of proposals.
