- Please be a small business when requesting access�to drawings.� Provide your cage code when requesting access for drawings. Also provide a quote to jamell.kilgore@navy.mil on or before 25 January 2021 12 pm�EST. This has changed from pre-solicitation to solicitation for N61331-21-T-JK08 with more drawings added. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) establishes the procurment requirements to fabricate and assemble frame assemblies for use in the Emergency Breathing AIr Compressor (EBAC) system consisting of compressors, hoses and other supportt items.� The items will be manufactured in accordance with drawings previously develped by U.S. Navy personnel. The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, and facilities to accomplish statement of work tasking attachment.� Drawing 7246232 is not needed as Item 27 on drawing 7246227 should be P/N: SS-347-1 from Western Enterprises.
