- The solicitation is set-aside for Indian Economic Enterprise. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140A1720Q0020 and is issued as a Request for Quote under FAR Part 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06D. The solicitation is set-aside for Indian Economic Enterprise. The associated NAICS code is 541720. The contractor shall provide LANDSCAPE CULTURAL RESOURCES SURVEY SERVICES to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southwest Region, Division of Forestry and Wildland Fire Management, Albuquerque, NM. One or two awards will be issued. Period of performance is one year from date of award. The following must be submitted with your quote: 1. Page 1, Section 17a Company name and address. 2. Page 1, Section 20 Company DUNS; POC name, phone number and email. 3. Page 1, Section 30a, b & c filled out. 4. Page 2, Column 24 dollar amount for each Line Item. 5. Page 25, Provide name of personnel who will provide review and approve CPARS. 6. Page 29, Section E.4. Questions are due by Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
