- Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Health and Life Insurance for Locally Engaged Staff at the US Embassy Port Moresby, Papua New Guinean and the Consular Agency Solomon Islands, �as per the attached solicitation documents. The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line ""Proposal 19GE5021R0014�on or before February 10, 2021, 15:00 German Time, to�JacobsenW@state.gov with a copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov. No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above. Please note: All communication and the award documents shall be in English. Please do NOT contact the US Embassy Port Moresby directly regarding this project. Attachment 1 of the solicitation contains the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for pricing you need to complete / submit.� You may choose the currency of your offer, but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at any later date. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section 3 � Instructions to Offerors (page 52) of the solicitation. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)). Section 5 of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit. Attachments 2 (Contract Information Sheet / Experience Listing) � please use these formats to submit the requested information. A Virtual Pre-Proposal conference will take place via Webex on January 21, 2021, 08:00 am Central European Time. Offereors planning to attend shall submit the Name, Phone number, email address, Organization/Company, of their company�s representatives to the attention of Ms. Wencke Jacobsen, email: JacobsenW@state.gov no later than January 19, 2021. Any questions regarding the subject solicitation may be directed to Ms. Wencke Jacobsen via e-mail JacobsenW@state.gov no later than January 25, 2021 15:00 German Time.
