- SPE603-21-R-0505, Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to: Extend Offer Due Date to 2021 Jan 19, 03:00 PM. Revise Section I to remove clause 252.222-7999 (DEVIATION 2021-O0001) (NOV 2020) in its entirety and replace it with the revised clause 252.222-7999 (DEVIATION 2021-O0001) (JAN 2021). Revise Attachment VI, Price Worksheet Add Attachment VIII, Q&As, which provides responses to the questions received for Solicitation SPE603-21-R-0505. All other terms and conditions under Solicitation SPE603-21-R-0505 remains unchanged. Defense Logistic Agency (DLA) Energy - FESDB, Request for Proposals (RFP) for�laboratory testing of Government-owned petroleum products in the following South Pacific Locations: Guam and Philippines.� Please refer�to the attached RFP�and Statement of Work (SOW) for more details.�
