Description

The purpose of this amendment is to notify all vendors to disregard section 3.2 of the SOW.�Vendors are permitted to use facility electricity. No further changes are noted. Closing date remains unchanged at 15 January 2021 at 2:00 pm MST. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose this amendment is to respond to Request�s for Information. Responses to questions submitted as of 1/6/2020 are below. Where is the power plant located? I assume it's near the dam. Please correct me if not. The Power plant is located downstream of the Dam. Has separate access road. If needed, can a crane access the job site? Crane will not be needed. Are all doorways 34 inches wide or wider? Yes Is wall removal necessary to get the units in and out?�No What floor are the units located? One is on the 4th floor (ground floor) and one on the 3rd floor. Can elevators be used to get the units and equipment to the floor the units are located? Yes What is the best route via elevator, stairs, crane for equipment into the job site? Elevator The closing date of this solicitation remains unchanged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this amendment is to provide pictures of the existing HVAC system. The closing date of this solicitation has been extended.�All proposals must be received by 2:00 pm MST on 15 January 2021. There are no further changes to this solicitation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government is seeking quotes to provide HVAC services.� The project is located at the United States International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) Amistad Field Office location at 670 Texas Spur 349, Del Rio, TX 78840.
