- Solicitation Notice HQ0858-21-R-0012 TEAMS-Next Test Support Solicitation The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is issuing this solicitation to procure Test Support services under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support-Next (TEAMS-Next) acquisition for the Missile Defense Agency.� The Test Support requirement will consist of assisting the Test Directorate (MDA/DT) in the conduct of the MDA�s test program.� These services span the entire test enterprise to include all activities needed for test execution, support, and overarching organizational test support.� The contractor shall support system and component testing in all testing environments including developmental and operational testing. The requirements in this Request for Proposal (RFP) are for Agency-wide Test Support services directed by the MDA (DT).� The RFP for the TEAMS-Next Test Support contract is available for review.� The release of this RFP is not a commitment by the Government to award a contract.� The Government will not pay any costs incurred by a potential Offeror as a result of the posting of this RFP. The MDA intends to competitively award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort (CPFF-LOE) contract to a single source based on a 100% small business set-aside competition.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition will be 541715 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology)) under the Guided Missiles and Space Vehicles, Their Propulsion Unit and Propulsion Parts Exception with a size standard of 1250 employees.� The contract will be for a base period of three years, with one three-year option, and one six-month option. To be eligible for award, Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in accordance with FAR 4.1102. Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM at https://www.sam.gov.� Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the beta.SAM.gov website.� Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the beta.SAM.gov website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued.� If you are interested in saving searches, following contract opportunities, requesting secure documents, or signing up for an Interested Vendor List, you will need a login.gov account in beta.SAM.gov.
