Description

Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2): (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this is N6114121RC003FN and will be issued as an RFQ. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. (iv) The Government intends to utilize a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 711130 with a small business size standard of $12.0 Million. (vii) DELIVERY/POP: Base - 18�January 2021 to 17�January 2022 Option Year 1 - 18�January 2022 to 17�January 2023 Option Year 2 - 18�January 2023 to 17�January 2024 Option Year 3 - 18�January 2024 to 17�January 2025 Option Year 4 - 18�January 2025 to 17�January 2026 6 Month Extension - 18�January 2026 to 17�July 2026 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: WASHINGTON NAVY YARD TAKANA JEFFERSON CHAPEL SICARD ST SE WASHINGTON DC 20003-7000 TEL: 202-433-2352 (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial (DEVIATION 2018-O0018), applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached ""Clauses and Provisions"". (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items will be used and is included in the attached ""Clauses and Provisions"". Please see ""SECTION L -�FAR 52.212-1 ADD."" and ""SECTION M -�FAR 52.212-2 ADD."" for rating and reviewing criteria, as well as the ""PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT"" for resume details. The vendor�s proposed price will be evaluated on the basis of price reasonableness in accordance with FAR 13.106. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and must be completed with any offer. It is included in the attached ""Clauses and Provisions"". (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached ""Clauses and Provisions"". (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and all the applicable FAR clauses cited with this requirement are included in the attached ""Clauses and Provisions"". (xiii) All clauses and provisions applicable to this requirement are included in the attached ""Clauses and Provisions"". (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating does not apply to this acquisition.
