- Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3031 will be issued on or about 13-January-2021 and can be accessed at https://beta.sam.gov. This requirement is for Refuse Services at Facility SD008 located at 4400 N. Northview Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57107. The performance period is from 1-April-2021 to 31-March-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Offeror shall submit a signed SF 1449, completed information from the Supplemental section, responses to Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26, and a completed Price Schedule (Attachment 1). Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
