- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services at Edward MacDowell Lake, Peterborough, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to clean four (4) buildings, fourteen (14) picnic grill sites and two (2) pavilions at Edward MacDowell Lake. Contractor�s work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, personnel, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, supplies, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the various services required. The anticipated Period of Performance will be for one (1) base year and two (2) option years. This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about January 28, 2021.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the contract opportunities at the beta.SAM.gov website (www.beta.SAM.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
