- Description
- The Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA) at Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to acquire Guest Instructors that will speak to SNCOA students and staff at Maxwell Air Force Base. The guest instructor will provide a 1-1.5 hour lecture on resiliency, shaping and promoting a healthy organizational climate of trust and respect through effective ethical decision making, and leadership models. Guest Instructor will also discuss change management strategies, how to navigate resistance to change, as well as how to effectively lead multiple generations of Airmen and Space professionals with an overall emphasis on how to build more effective, agile, and lethal organizations. This procurement will be awarded as a multiple award BPA up to 2 capable vendors.
