This is a Solicitation Notice for the renovation of the north and south youth baseball fields at F.E. Warren AFB, WY which is to be procured in accordance with the Air Force Nonappropriated Funds Purchasing Office�s (AFNAFPO)�General Provisions, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA461321R0001; the NAICS is 212321 (Construction Sand and Gravel Mining), and the small business threshold for this NAICS is 500 Employees. The proposed acquisition is 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This acquisition will be competed using a written Request for Proposal (RFP). All interested parties must provide a proposal by the time specified below to the Government in order to be considered for award. Proposals shall include all data and information requested and shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions found in the Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors section of the solicitation document. Non-conformance with the instructions may result in proposal being considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. The solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on the Evaluation Factors for Award found on page 32 of the solicitation document. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: All prospective awardees are required to register at the System for Award Management (SAM) and to maintain active registration during the life of the contract. SAM can be accessed at https://www.sam.gov. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the solicitation announcement on beta.SAM.gov�s Contracting Opportunities webpage, frequently to obtain the solicitation, any amendments and/or other information pertaining to this solicitation. No telephone or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. PAPER COPIES OF THIS�SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Proposals AND completed representations and certifications (if not available in SAM), are due by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Monday, 15�January 2021.
