- AMENDMENT 39 Amendment 39 provides a revised Solicitation Response Form, the minutes for the pre-proposal conference conducted on January 06, 2021, and the questions submitted via email and asked in the pre-proposal conference along with GSA answers. The Solicitation Response Form posted with Amendment 38 showed an offer submission date of January 21, 2021. The correct submission date is January 20, 2021. The Solicitation Response Form attached to this amendment contains the corrected date. Also attached to this amendment are the pre-proposal conference minutes and the questions submitted via email and asked in the pre-proposal conference along with the GSA answers. _______________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 38 Amendment 38�opens the solicitation for proposals for the Houston Zone. All documents associated with this zone are included in Amendment 38�and subsequent amendments which will provide additional information. NO DOCUMENT OR FORM POSTED PRIOR TO AMENDMENT 38�SHOULD BE USED FOR THE HOUSTON�ZONE, except as stated in the solicitation. All documents posted to beta.sam.gov�prior to Amendment 38�apply to previous zones which are closed. Deadline for proposals for the Houston Zone is JANUARY 20, 2021�at 5:00 PM�Central Standard Time. ________________________ AMENDMENT 37 Amendment 37�provides notification of award for contracts in the Border San Antonio zone.� Other zones under this solicitation are still in the pre-proposal or pre-award phase, and the solicitation will remain open until all zones have been awarded. --------------------------------------- AMENDMENT 36 Amendment 36�provides notification of award for contracts in the Border El Paso�zone.� Other zones under this solicitation are still in the pre-proposal or pre-award phase, and the solicitation will remain open until all zones have been awarded. --------------------------------------- AMENDMENT 35 Amendment 35 provides notification of award for contracts in the Border McAllen zone.� Other zones under this solicitation are still in the pre-proposal or pre-award phase, and the solicitation will remain open until all zones have been awarded. AMENDMENT 34 Amendment 34 incorporates clauses in the solicitation for Border El Paso, Border San Antonio, Border McAllen and Austin zones. Offerors are to acknowledge this amendment by completing blocks 8, 15A, 15B and 15C and return the signed amendment to the respective email addresses (see page 2). Deadline for submission is October 23, 2019 at 12:00 PM (NOON) Central Time.
