- Please be advised that only the 8(a) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Contractors primarily in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC (Contract Nos. N4008518D1140/1141/1143/1144/1145) can provide a proposal for this project. The work includes the addition and renovation of Building 301 to construct a roughly 3,500 SF single story addition to the existing facility, for Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) at NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex.� Work includes all site work and foundation requirements, paving and grading, and building construction including all utilities.� The building will house the SOF Physical Security forces and will have the following spaces: Offices, Training Room, Break Room, Gear Storage (including existing armory), locker rooms, restroom facilities and mechanical spaces.� New finishes will be installed throughout the facility.��
