- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Include DUN & Bradstreet number on all quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs in East Orange, NJ, has a requirement to procure Chemo ~ Compound Pharmacy Contingency Services. (if their lab goes down only) This would be a 1year BPA with 1 Option year. (ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is 36C242-21-Q-0384. It s issued as a Request for Quotation. (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 (7-14-2016). (iv) The combined synopsis solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS is 325412 (or applicable NAICS code). Note, interested quoter must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) www.SAM.gov prior to being considered for Award. Award will be made to the quote that meets or exceeds ALL requirements of this solicitation (Firm Fixed Price). (see attachments) (v) This RFQ closes 20 Jan 2021 @ 2:00 PM EST submit all quotes by e-mail to Denise.Edmonds@va.gov . Quotes received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government. If offering a similar product, the vendors are required to provide descriptive literature in sufficient detail to determine if the items quoted are technically acceptable. No grey market or refurbished item(s). The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
