- CONSTRUCT NATIONAL GUARD READINESS CENTER Category: Y �Construction of Structures and Facilities�Potential Sources Sought Date Published: January 13, 2021 Contact: USP&FO for Arkansas, Contracting Division, Box 003, Building 7100, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199.� Point of Contact: David Dillinger Synopsis: CONSTRUCTION OF NATIONAL GUARD READINESS CENTER. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources.� This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. �The United States Property and Fiscal Office, Purchasing & Contracting may issue a solicitation and award of a contract to �Construct a National Guard Readiness Center� subject to availability of funds. ��The solicitation is not currently available and bids are not requested at this time. The project is located on the Arkansas Army National Guard Facility at Fort Chaffee, AR.� The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. ��Primary facilities are Readiness Center, Unheated Storage Building, Controlled Waste Facility, Flammable Materials Facility, Backup/Emergency Generator, Rigid Pavement for MEP, Electric Power, Photovoltaic, Heating Plant, Solar HW, and Sustainability /Energy Measures. ��Construction will also include utility services, gutters, storm drainage, parking areas and other site improvement.� All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than February 16, 2021. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include a (1) positive statement of interest as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (see attachment) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. �The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
