- Description
- The 374th Contracting Squadron is seeking eligible, potential contractors for the project for Prisoner of War (POW)/Missing In Action (MIA) Memorial Grounds Maintenance and Pond Cleaning at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision, necessary to perform POW/MIA Memorial Gar-den grounds maintenance and pond cleaning in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance of the garden. The anticipated period of performance is a twelve-month basic period with four (4) one year options for a total of five (5) years. To be eligible for awarding of the contract offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Vendors not yet registered can do so via the SAM website https://uscontractorregistration.com/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by this Agency. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit their contact information by registering as an interested vendor utilizing the Vendor Notification Service link within the Register to Receive Notification function of BETA.SAM �https://beta.sam.gov/. For details regarding the scope of works, please refer to the attached PWS draft dated November 3, 2020. If you shall have any comments / concerns regarding the draft PWS, please provide the comments in response to this notice. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
