- Pre-Solicitation Notice (Not the Actual Solicitation) The Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr., STE M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Medical Oncology/Hematology Physician Services. The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, 2121 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN. 46805 has a need for 1.0 FTE Board Certified Hematology/Oncology provider Services, to include on-call. The proposed NAICS Code is 621111, Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists) ($12 Million). The procurement will be solicited utilizing FAR Parts 12, 13 and VAAR 873. This procurement will be for a 12-month base year with one option year renewal. This is a SMALL BUSINESS Set-Aside. The solicitation document will be available on or after February 22, 2021.
