Offeors are encourage to review solicitation, the instructions at 52.212-1, and�all associated attachments to ensure submission of a complete quote. Amendment 0001: Provides a revised Addenda 01 -Perf. Work Statement dated 10 Feb 2021. Contractor shall acknowledge amendment by endorsing the amendment document or providing a written acknowledgement at point of quote submission. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002: Revises due date for quotes to 22 February 2021. Contractor shall acknowledge amendment by endorsing the amendment document or providing a written acknowledgement at point of quote submission. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0003: Provides a revised Addenda 01 - Perf. Work Statement dated 22 Feb 2021 and extends due date for quotes. Contractor shall acknowledge amendment by endorsing the amendment document or providing a written acknowledgement at point of quote submission. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
