Description

**Only those Contractors listed in the RFP MACC solicitation below will be allowed to bid on this requirement. 1. Asturian Group, Inc. 2. Kondra & Jaquan Enterprises Inc./ SAI- Joint Venture 3. SMART ATI/KBE Joint Venture 4. Tantara Corporation Description of the work: The work for this project includes repair of exterior wythe of brick masonry at Building 38 and steel lintel replacement and incidental related work. BASE BID: The base bid will only include brick masonry being replaced with brick masonry. ALTERNATE (ADDITIVE) BID: The alternate (additive) bid allows replacement of the brick between the brick piers with running bond CMU courses.
