- Veteran Affairs Healthcare Systems (VA HCS) Project # 635-18-102 Renovate Pharmacy for Chapter 797/800 Compliance Oklahoma City OK PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The project is to renovate 12,155 Sq. ft of total area. Existing inpatient pharmacy area is 9,339 Sq. ft and 2,816 Sq. ft of primary care office area is being added to the inpatient patient pharmacy footprint. The project is to bring inpatient pharmacy to comply with Pharmacy Chapter 800 and to improve inpatient pharmacy efficiency for the growing veteran population. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) NAICS Code is 236220 Magnitude is between $2,000,000.00 - $4,000,000.00 All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. All SDVOSB offerors must be registered in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only.
