- 1. Solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0052 is a 100% Total Small Business Set-a-Side and will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract for the following item: NOUN: Shaft, Steering Column NSN: 2530-01-649-3512 PART NO.: 12581172 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA) ESTIMATED QUANTITY: 96 EA 2. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. Please refer to Section C of the solicitation�for directions on how to access this information. 3. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs). Please refer to Section D of the solicitation�for additional information. 4. All shipments will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination to the following address: SU W1A8 DLA DISTRIBUTION DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY 2001 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134 NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002 NOTE: The contractor is authorized to ship early with no quantity restrictions, when at no additional cost to the Government. 5. Please acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided under Section A. Include the number and date of each amendment. 6.
