- Amendment P0002 extends the closing date to February 24, 2021 at 5:00 ET due to system issues 1. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Brand Name Leica Pegasus Mobile Mapping System in accordance with the attached solicitation. 2. The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0221Q0037 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 3. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate shall be used for this acquisition. 4. This is FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The associated NAICS Code is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. 5.Offerors shall include a Dun and Bradstreet number with quote. Offerors must be current and active in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive award. Register at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be eligible for award. 6. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes are contained in this solicitation and shall be adhered to. 7.
