- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION PURPOSE This is a Request for Information (RFI), this is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ). No formal solicitation document exists at this present time. This is not a solicitation announcement. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this RFI, a solicitation announcement may or may not be published in Contract Opportunities. STATEMENT OF NEED VAMC Beckley has the need for a brand name or equal to Model 1100 ULTRASONIC Cleaning System with Accessories Salient Characteristics of the Cleaner: 1. Brand Name or Equal to Countertop Ultrasonic model 1100 Sonic Cleaner: Countertop size is limited to approximately 30 width x 18 depth x 17 height (1-2 variations will be considered) Autofill and Auto-drain required MUST HAVE ports for lumened and non-lumened instruments MUST HAVE a lid for safety No less than 5-gallon capacity preferred 120-volt wall receptacle No less than a 12lb instrument weight capacity Adjustable irrigation preferred Touchscreen preferred Accessories: 2. Stainless Steel Tabletop Cart with Casters Part # 6003000826 3. Drain Filters Part # 6003000806 I pack of 100 each 4. Wash Monitor Tests Part # 61301606764 1 bag of 50 tests 5. Wash Monitor Holder Part # 61301606768 6. Liquid Detergent / high performance cleaning solution with foam control. Must be safe to use on all metals Part # 61301605274 4 x 1 Gallon Installation at the VAMC Beckley WV is required. Please list warranty information. A Letter of Authorized Distribution is required from the Manufacturer. Must be TAA compliant. If a solicitation is issued, it may or may not be announced at a later date, and all interested parties shall respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this Sources Sought Notice.
