- No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is NOT a Request for Task Order Proposal (RTOP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, nor is it a request seeking participants to be placed on a solicitation mailing list. This is a RFI. Responses to this RFI are voluntary, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey and any follow-up information requests. There will be no Question and Answer (Q&A) period for this market research. Comments received will be considered regarding any finalization of the attached documents. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned and will be used for planning purposes. This RFI is intended to provide contractors the opportunity to review and provide feedback regarding the DRAFT PWS and the Technical Exhibits 1, 2 & 3. Respondents WILL NOT be notified regarding information obtained related to this RFI. If and when a solicitation is issued, it will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the respondent's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. Please submit your responses to these questions to the contract specialist, Mr. Michael J.Beier (michael.j.beier.civ@mail.mil), no later than 17:00 PM EDT on 26 February 2021.
