Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to solicitation number�W81XWH-21-R-0037. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334310, with a size standard of 750 employees. This is a 100% set aside for Small Business requirement; all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. USAMRAA, on behalf of the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR), requests responses from qualified sources capable of suppling Axis-brand network cameras and installation on a brand name or equal basis in accordance with the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) criteria listed in the solicitation document.
