- Under Statutory Authority Public Law 109 Sec. 502, FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency, and VAAR 819.7007, the Government anticipated entering into sole-source procurement negotiations with TL Services a certified verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for all AHU Emergency Fire Alarm and BAS Control repairs for the Hines Jr VA Medical Center in Hines, Illinois. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice by March 10, 2021, 10:00 a.m. local time. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested received on or before March 10, 2021, 10:00 a.m. local time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document is available. Responses to this notice shall be submitted by email (any attachments must be in MS Word or Adobe PDF file format) to Jennifer.Mead@va.gov.
