- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of Veteran Integrated Service Network has a requirement for a contractor to provide Water Management Program monitoring and Legionella Testing Services for the building/facility portable water systems on seven VA Medical Centers. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the requirement for Water Management Program monitoring and Legionella Testing Services for the Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) locations specified in the Performance Work Statement. This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 12 March 2021. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 561210 Facilities Support Services, size standard of $41.5 million and the corresponding Product Service Code is F103- Environmental Systems Protection- Water Quality Support . All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and verified in VIP (www.VIP.VETBIZ.gov) as an SDVOSB prior to submitting a Quote.
