- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018. The 173d Cyber Protection Team have a need for a vendor to provide adversary emulation, also known as Cyber Threat Emulation (CTE) training, to CPT 173 Detachment 1 personnel. Adversary emulation Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs), satisfy CPT Operational Mission Element Mission Essential Task List (METL) OP 5.6.3, TA 3.8, ST 6.3.5 & OP 3.1.6 Performance Measures. Twelve (12) different adversarial/threat oriented Performance Measures, out of a total of Twenty-Six (26), within the four (4) Mission Essential Tasks (MET) are required to bring the CPT Mission Element to a standard of readiness.� Please include total price in the CLIN format listed below.� Please see attached Performance Work Statement for further details. CYBER ADVERSARY EMULATION TRAINING CLIN 0001: CYBER ADVERSARY EMULATION TRAINING QTY: 1/UNIT OF ISSUE: JOB/UNIT PRICE: ($)/TOTAL AMT: ($) Method of Instruction: Online Training Dates: March 20-21, 2021 Evaluation Factor is based on price.� Award may be made without discussions. This requirement is a Small Business Set Aside; the NAICS Code is 611430.
