- Requirement Title:��DPEZ029038 Security Forces Facility Set-Aside: �Women Owned Small Business NAICS Code:�236220 Magnitude of Project:�Between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Contracting Office Address: Wyoming Air National Guard (WY-ANG) �������������������������������������������� 217 Dell Range Blvd. �������������������������������������������� Cheyenne, WY 82009 This is a pre-solicitation notice to identify all prospective offerors in the procurement of DPEZ029038 for the Construct of the Security Forces Facility at the Air National Guard in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This project constructs an approximate 9,600 square foot stand-alone facility. The new facility will incorporate all modern amenities as depicted on the plans and specifications made part of this contract.� Other site conditions include airfield pavement (13� concrete) and impervious surfaces. ��All work will be performed in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations including the following Wyoming Public Works Standards, Wyoming Dept. of Environmental Quality regulations, International Building and Electrical Code, and In compliance with any other federal, state, and/or authority having jurisdiction codes and ordinances, DoD and National Guard Bureau regulations, and all industry standards. UPDATE:� SITE VISIT DATE AND TIME HAS CHANGED.� INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED ONCE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION IS POSTED.
