- Description
- The Embassy of the United States in Madrid invites interested offerors to submit a proposal for�mobile telecommunications services for U.S. Mission Spain.� The estimated number of mobile phone lines to be provided is three hundred ninety (390). The anticipated performance period is�for�a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.� The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation before May 2021�to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.� The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov� prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.�Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM Electronic Submission/Responses: No electronic offers will be accepted.� Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.�
