- Subject:� Synopsis for Catalog Order and Logistics Tracking System (COLTS), Unique Item Identification (UID) and Passive Radio Frequency Identification (pRFID) Software and Hardware Logistical Maintenance and Support The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD 20640, intends to award a sole-source contract to Gateway Ventures, Inc. (GVI, Inc.) for Catalog Order and Logistics Tracking System (COLTS), Unique Item Identification (UID) and Passive Radio Frequency Identification (pRFID) Software and Hardware Logistical Maintenance and Support The proposed contract N00174-21-R-0059 will only be negotiated with GVI, Inc. (CAGE 1NPX3); 5700 Thurston Avenue; Suite 212; Virginia Beach, VA 23455-3302 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.�� It is anticipated that the award will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract. The anticipated award date is no later than 7 July 2021. This requirement is being conducted under Classification Code R425 and NAICS Code 541330.
