- Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit for the following service: Ice Machine Cleaning and Sanitation The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government in terms of price and other considered factors. Solicitation 36C24121Q0355 will be available for download on April 7, 2021. The close date will be April 15, 2021 at 5 PM EST time. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract. Registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov.
