- 4 Description The bulk oxygen system at SLVHCS is designed to deliver oxygen through a series of piping, manifolds, and various fixtures throughout the SLVHCS campus. The system currently does not have the Main Line Control Valve as required by NFPA 99-15 5.1.4.3. The contractor shall procure and install one (1) 4-inch Oxygen Control valve on the first floor of the Central Energy Plant (CEP) building. The contractor shall conduct a full pressure test on the existing EOSC system and the four connections present at the Diagnostic and Treatment building. The contractor shall test to ensure there are no leaks in the system and all valves from the EOSCs to the building entry points are secured with no issues. In order to test, the contractor shall utilize contractor provided oxygen to test the system.
