NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit ona competitive basis with Honeywell International Inc. (59364) and Ruag Australia PTY LTD (Z4978) for the purchase of a repair. QTY: 20, Repair of NSN 7RE 2995 011594660, P/N 3214072-3, Nomenclature: VALVE,MODULATING, for the H-60 Platform. There are no drawings/data available. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Allresponsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with limited sources. Source Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved sources for this material are listed above and it is expected that award will be made to this firm. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to waitfor a SAR approval. NAICS CODE: 336413 FSC: 1250 All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. This is FOB-Destination and delivery shall be at W62G2T: W1A8 DLA DIST SAN JOAQUIN 25600 S CHRISMAN ROAD REC WHSE 57 TRACY, CA 95304-5000 This requirement will be awarded to the Offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. The Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within PPIRS may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. The quote shall include price, delivery terms, and the following additional information with submission: point of contact (including phone number and email address), contractor cage code, and contractor DUNS. A quote received after the closing date and time specified will be ineligible for award. Quotes received after the due date and time will not be considered. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests will be honored and no hard copies will be mailed out.
