- Please submit your offers�to:the following link � The Puerto Rico Army National Guard has a requirement of aircraft emergency life rafts in order to replace 10+ years old and worn equipment with more updated and suitable to our aviation overwater capabilities. Our goal is to provide with lighter, updated and less maintenance rafts to support daily operations, which include prolonged overwater operations during aircraft ferry flights, CASEVAC and/or Search & Rescue (SAR) mission in support of Disaster Relief operations or catastrophic event in our Caribbean Area of operations (AO).This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336612 with a size standard of 1,000.
