- Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0261. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 541519. The Small Business Size Standard is 150 employees. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase the following items on a firm-fixed price basis: CLIN 0001 - (3/ea)� SIMRAD R3016 Radar Control Unit Display with HALO-6 Radar Bundle and 30 meter Cable CLIN 0002 - (1/job) Shipping Government intends to award a single FFP purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror whose offer represents the lowest price technically acceptable quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable: (1) the offeror must quote the required items, meeting the exact specifications, in the required quantities; and (2) the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. In accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003, the contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government�s unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more and payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). This request for quote requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
