- Page 2 of 2 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Nebulizers and accessories. These Nebulizers and accessories use will be based upon a physician s determination of medical necessity for use by Veterans. All Nebulizers and accessories shall have Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) market approval. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish Single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. The anticipated period of performance is 60-months. The Government intends to post a RFP to Beta Sam.Gov website at http://www. beta.sam.gov/ Contract Opportunities, on or about 21 April 2021. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS Code: 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, 1000 Employees database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
