- This notice is updated to add�and request feedback on Attachment 12, Draft Certificate Authority Requirements, dated March 31, 2021.� The purpose of this notice is to: Provide and update to anticipated NAS VoICE near-term market research and acquisition schedules. Provide draft documents and request feedback on Section 2, FAA Anticipated Security Requirements: Attachment 01, VoICE Security Requirements Document dated March 15, 2021. This is the second release of the draft document. Attachments 02-09, Security DIDs, templates, and IRD; all dated March 15, 2021 referenced in Attachment 01, VoICE Security Requirements Document dated March 15, 2021. This is the second release of the draft documents. �Attachment 12, Draft Certificate Authority Requirements, dated March 31, 2021. Based on responses to previous NAS VoICE beta.SAM notices and responses to this annoucement,�the FAA may hold one-on-one meetings with vendors who have identified:� Cost drivers or problems based on difficulty to implement; Requirements or standards that are impractical or problematic; Substantive, existing security capabilities within their systems; and/or, Security implementation for which further technical clarification will be of market research value to the FAA. PLEASE NOTE: Security Requirements will be identical for APC, GPC, and VCS VoICE procurements. See attachments for complete notice.
