- Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0296. This requirement is being solicited as an unrestricted, sole-source procurement as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. The NAICS Code is 334112; the size standard is 1250 Employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Network Allies, LLC, 1616 Osgood St Ste 1001 North Andover, MA, 01845-1000 (Cage Code: 3R7R2). Network Allies is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supplier for this procurement and the sole supplier of the TI16 servers hard drive assemblies that are form, fit, and functionally compatible with the Navy system as detailed in the Sole Source Justification attached. The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source available.The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase the following on a firm-fixed price basis: CLIN 0001: Network Allies, Inc. (P/N TI16-THDD401) Hard Drive with Tray, Qty 200/ea.
